Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, France or the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel (withdraw from) your purchase — no reason required. In the UK this right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Emailing us the details below is the fastest way to do it; you'll get an acknowledgement by email.

Include in your request

• Your order number
• The order date and the date you received it
• The item(s) concerned
• Your name and postal address

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request by email
• You then have 14 days to send the item back to us — we'll send you the return address in that email
• We refund everything you paid no later than 14 days after we receive the item, or proof that you've sent it, to your original payment method. As we offer free delivery on every order, there is no delivery charge to refund.
