If you are a consumer in France or the EU, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase — no reason required. Emailing us the details below is the fastest way to do it; you'll get an acknowledgment by email.

What Happens Next

• We acknowledge your request by email
• You then have 14 days to ship the item back to us — we'll send you the return address in that email
• We refund everything you paid no later than 14 days after we receive the item, or proof that you've shipped it, to your original payment method. As we offer free shipping on every order, there is no delivery charge to refund.
